Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the research-use chemical goods sold on Vinama Labs, we have a no-return or exchange policy after items have been delivered. It is a policy intended to maintain product integrity, chain of custody, storage conditions, and quality assurance.

Damage, Error, or Short Shipment

Please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged product, incorrect item(s), or an incomplete order. Do remember to add your order number, description of the issue, and a picture of your product, packaging, and postal label for our team’s evaluation. We will judge the validity of your claim and determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other recompense is warranted.

While a claim is under review, products must remain unopened, unused, and must be stored in accordance with the recommendations.

Vinama Labs accepts no liability for any damage from improper handling, improper storage, delayed collection, unauthorized use, or failure to adhere to the research-use guidelines.

All sales are final unless Vinama Labs issues a fulfillment-related error or confirms the shipment was damaged or the product was faulty. Products are sold for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes. These products are not intended for use or consumption in humans or animals.
